Refund and Cancellation Policy

This application is for police officers only. If any other person intalls this application and paid for it, complete amount will be refunded without account activation. Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money within 10 days, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their purchased services and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us link(email: info@ccasociety.com). Requests received later than 10 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients(Police Officers). We suggest our clients to use demo for 2 days without paying anything than after satisfaction use the Paid version. After completing the signup process (free or paid), client has to wait for admin's approval. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund within 10 days. If any other person intalls this application and paid for it, complete amount will be refunded without account activation. If paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of paytm payment gateway, refund will be made to the same account
